  • Human notes

    • If you are building something to replace or do the menial work, do you have an example to compare back to? Do you have a sense of what a good human output looks like that you want to replicate? Can you compare the output back to those notes?

In short, if your organization is investing in AI, it should also be investing in how you measure AI maturity, success, and risk—and the scorecard is where that discipline begins.
